We are undergoing some changes: Unfortunately due to a shortage of Doctors we as from the 13th of September 2019 for the short term we are no longer open weekends. We hope this is temporary and when we recruit additional Doctors to the team that we will re-open the weekend walk in service. We are changing our overall branding and marketing of the clinic to reflect this however the Walk-in clinic and its team is still here.

We are also changing the walk-in service - with the shortage of Doctors we are unable to facilitate high quality care to our patients trying to operate with both the walk-in and appointment system. We recognise both systems have their benefits, however we only have limited bookings available each day. We have changed to and appointment based system as from the 16th of September. We believe this will allow our team to give better service to our patients, however we understand it does leave the walk-in aspect unable to continue. We will have many on-the-day appointments available to cater for our patients however the options to walk-in may result in a booking at the next available appointment.

Further changes can be read at torquaywalkinclinic.com.au/changes
